I made a card.

Spring Ball Treats

Happy Wednesday!

Today is 3-d Wednesday on the My Creative Time Blog. 
I made some fun Spring Ball treats.

The 3x3 Trifold Card die fits perfectly around the sunflower seeds packet. I just secured it with some glue, wrapped the twine around it, attached the tag, and tied the twine in a bow. Super easy to make and they make great treats to hand out before the game!

Hey there...

Happy Monday!

How was your weekend? The weather here in So Cal was beautiful. I ended up spending most of my weekend inside, trying to get things done, but I was able to spend some time outside yesterday afternoon.

I have another kitty freebie for you today.

When I saw this little bee, she reminded me of spring. All of the flowers in my yard are coming back to life and the bee's, they are a buzz'n. The love bugs (aka lady bugs) are back as well.

I was so excited to see the Stitched Journal die! It measures 3" x 4" so it is the perfect size, if you do Project Life style scrapbooking. There is also a stamp set that works with it, it is called Journal it!  I decided to make a card with it though, so you could see it's versatility.

Welcome to day two of sneaks for My Creative Time's April releases. Today's stamp set is called "I'm Here for You Rain or Shine", there are also 3 new dies that are being showcased today, as well. 

I made a shaped card with one of the newest sentiments and the MCT cloud dies that you can find here.

I sized the sun at 3 1/2" wide. You can create a svg for the clouds by cutting them in a black paper, scanning them, and then tracing them, so that they can be cut out. I placed the sun and clouds on my mat, sized them to the size I wanted, and then created a .1400 shadow around them. I took two of the shadows and welded them together at the top, which created the base of the card. I popped the sun up with a bit of foam tape. It's amazing what a little ink on the edges and some foam tape can do to add some interest and dimension.

Today is the first day of sneaks for My Creative Time's April releases! This release is the biggest so far and it's chalk full of  fun stamps and dies!

I am in love with today's sneak set! It's a stamp and coordinating die set. (love those!)

The base of my card was a freebie file from Miss Kate Cuttables. If you missed it, you can still grab it here. I used frame #1. I adjusted it a bit, to the shape that I wanted. The base measures 3 7/8" x 4 1/2".  The inset pieces measure 3 3/4" x 3 3/8" and 2 1/2" x 3 1/8". The lamp was sized at 3" tall.

MCT Pre-Sneak Party

My Superman!

So as soon as I saw the new Superhero files form Lettering Delights, I knew I had to have them. Not only are they perfect for Father's Day but, I couldn't wait to stamp some peachies on them!

Today is Designer Challenge Thursday on the My Creative Time blog. The challenge is to create a project of your choice using any 3 of the following 6 colors of the rainbow - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple.

I made a card.

The card base measures 4.5" x 4" and I cut the nest at 3.5" wide. I found the speech bubble online and converted it in MTC, so that I could cut it out.
