I made another fun treat bag with the new "Pretty Treat Topper Die" and the "Anything is Popsicle" set. I also used the Sentiment Label Dies and the face stamp is from the A Sunny Hello KIT. I used a Wilton pretzel bag, filled it with six smarties packets, and attached the topper. Easy!
