48 Hour Flash Sale Blog Hop

One of the new sets is a "Mad for Plaid" stamp set. This set helps you create lots of fun and unique plaid designs that can be used on you paper crafting projects. I made a card Valentine's Day card with a few stamps from this new set and some pastel inks.

The second product released today is the "Stitched Heart Background Die". This die makes a stitched heart pattern on your paper/background. I used one of my Zig watercolor markers and quickly added color to the hearts, it's not perfect, but I kinda like it. I also used my wink of Stella pen over the hearts, it gives them a bit of sparkle, although you can't see it in the photo. The Love Die was December's freebie, but you can it here. The "you" is stamped from one of the sentiments from the You Matter stamp set that was released last month.

Made in Minutes

 Happy Monday!!!
Today is Made in Minutes Monday on the My Creative Time blog. I made a quick Valentine's Lollipop treat with the Stitched Lollipop Holder Die and the Classmate Valentines Stamp Set. I stamped the outside of the lollipop holder with the heart stamps from the Believe In Your Dreams Stamp Set and used the Scallop & Stitched Circle Die and the Classmate Valentines Stamp Set to decorate the top.

My Creative Time January Release - Day 4

Happy Thursday!!!
Today is the last day of sneaks for this months My Creative Time new releases. Today we are featuring two new die sets. The "Let's Party Word" dies and the "Party Hat" dies.

I made a clear shaker card for today's sneak project. Normally, these cards are made without anything inside except the gift card and sequins or beads, but you could only partially see the gift card behind the hat and I thought that looked kind of funny. So... I decided to add the yellow insert and I attached the gift card to the back with the Tag Gift Pocket Die.

I placed sequins on both sides. I think it turned out really cute.

My Creative Time January Release - Day 3

Happy Wednesday!!!
Today is day 3 of sneaks for this months My Creative Time new releases. Today we are featuring a stamp and die set called "Cute Tag Set".  It has a tag & shadow tag die and comes with some small accessory dies as well. There are also coordinating sentiments and accessory stamps.

I made a tag and attached it to a small thing of tissue. This would make a really quick and easy gift for a sick friend, colleague, or acquaintance. I think I am going to make a few more and keep them on hand.

My Creative Time January Release - Day 2

Happy Tuesday!!!
Today is day two of sneaks for this months My Creative Time new releases. Today we are featuring the You Matter stamp set. I love this new set, it's full of inspirational sentiments.

I bought this gold & silver foiled paper several months ago and had yet to use it. When I saw this sentiment, I thought it would be perfect for a shaker card. I used StazOn white ink to stamp it onto some clear card stock, it works great when you are using a dark background paper.

Thoughtful Thursday

Happy Thursday!!!
Today is Thoughtful Thursday on the My Creative Time blog. I made a quick card with the new Stitched Postage Frame Dies. The base of the card was stamped with the Stripey Background II Stamp and I stamped the heart puzzle with the new Carved Heart stamp, to add a bit of interest.
