"Let's Face it Friday" Challenge #9

Happy Friday!

Are you ready for the next "Let's Face it Friday" challenge!?!

Challenge #9

This weeks challenge is to create an altered container using Peachy Keen Stamps faces to store Valentines or cards you receive throughout the year. The design team used mini-mailboxes from the One Spot at Target, but feel free to spruce up any container you might have around the house!

-Design must be new
-Project must include Peachy Keen Faces
-Link to Mr. Linky before February 17th

Here is my mailbox!
I used the Rock Princess and Lacy Labels carts for the cuts on this mailbox. The princess was cut at 3 1/4" and the skull was cut at 1 1/2". The labels were cut at 3 3/4" and  4 1/4".
The mailbox is from the $1 spot at Target and the papers, I used, are from DCWV and Coordinations.
I found some coordinating ribbons in my stash.
I used the PK-660 Laughy Taffy Face Assortment from Peachy Keen Stamps for her face.

*Giveaway*
We'll choose one random winner from all entries to win "Just Because Cards" Cricut Cartridge!

Tomorrow I will be in the "Love at First Sight" blog hop! I hope that you will take the time to "hop" with us! There are 20 super talented ladies that have created fun Valentine's projects. I am really excited to share mine!

Let Your Light Shine

Happy Tuesday Morning!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend!

Today's card is a card that I made several weeks ago, for my BFF's daughter.  The cut/image reminded me so much of her. She is a Freshman at Cal State Fullerton, this year, and we are all so proud of the beautiful young woman that she has become.
The card measure's 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". The papers are from DCWV and Doodlebug Designs. I used the "Seeing Spots" Cuddlebug embossing folder and this stamp set.  I cut the girl from the Rock Princess cart at 5". I added a little bling to her belly button and her hand. The ribbon is 5/8" black satin from Michael's.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Happy Thursday!

Here is another card that I made with the Rock Princess cart. I love the way it turned out.
The card measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I used kraft card stock from here. The colored card stock is DCWV. The strawberry was cut at 4", it's on page 48 of the Rock Princess cart.
I used a white Signo Ball Pen for the stitch lines.

The inside sentiment piece measure 5" x 3 3/4".  The green piece measures 3 3/4" x 1 1/4". The boarder punch is from Fiskars. The flower was cut at 4".

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Girls with Guitars

Happy Tuesday!

Today's card was made with the Rock Princess Cricut cart.  This cut is my favorite rocker girl from the cart.  It almost makes me want to cut and dye my hair and learn to play the guitar.

The card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". The papers are from the DCWV "All about Girls" stacks, the "Neutral" card stock stack, and the "Black Current" stack. I cut the rocker girl at 5", from the Rock Princess cart and the tag shape was cut at 4" from the Once Upon a Princess cart.  The black twine is from Michael's and the sentiment is from the Lots of Pun stamp set.
The inside sentiment pieces measure 3 3/4" x 5" and 3 1/4" x 4 1/2".
The guitar was cut from the Rock Princess cart at 2"

I hope you have a wonderful day!
