Happy Birthday

50-50
Happy Tuesday!!!
Today is favorite stamp/die of the month over on the MCT blog. This month we are featuring the Springtime In Paris Stamp SetI made a shaker card for a friend, for her birthday.

I used the  Stitched Rectangular Frame Dies & More and an oval from the Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies for the base pieces. The Effiel Tower and sentiment are from the Springtime In Paris Stamp Set the banner is from the The Sky is the Limit Stamp Set. Both the tower and banner are heat embossed. I prefer the look of white heat embossing over white ink.

  3. Your shaker card is beautiful. I agree white heat embossing is better than ink unless you want a chalkboard look. The black and pink is so pretty together...the stitched ribbon adds so much more than a plain black would. Great job.
