Happy Tuesday!!!
Today is the second day of sneaks for My Creative Time May releases. Today we are featuring and a new stamp and die set called "Shine Like the Stars". This is another set that I am pretty sure is going to be on heavy rotation on my craft desk.
I have been wanting to try making a night/sky/universe background card for the longest time. I've watched quiet a few how to videos and there are lots of different ways/techniques to make one. I ended up using my cheap watercolors to make this background. I really love how it turned out and this new stamp/die set work perfectly with it.

ReplyDeleteCute card! Love the watercolor background
ReplyDeleteGreat universe card...perfect for the sentiment! I like the hint of colors and white specks. I often go out to see the Space Station go by and we live away from city lights...perfect for star gazing and planet sighting :D Someday maybe a telescope! Until then a near by observatory has open houses with local telescope owners who set up and share a look...each scope on a different sky object. OK...back to your card :D Beautiful job on your night sky!
