New Baby Congrats Card

Happy Friday!

Here is another quick card that I made to showcase Peachy Keen Stamps new releases. Have you seen them yet? This is one of the cutest releases ever.

I have been having the best time playing with the accessories set.

The baby is from the Baby Steps cart. The base of the card is from the Create a Critter card. It was a tag that I duplicated and welded together to form the base of the card.

I used Kraft card stock, Heidi Grace and Core-dinations papers.

The twine is from here and the sentiment stamp is from here.

The baby's hair is from the PK-150 Accessories ONE Assortment

and his face is from PK-650 Just for Baby Faces Assortment.

Love Your Smile!

Happy Thursday!

I have another fun card for you today, made with Peachy Keen Stamps new PK-150 Accessories ONE Assortment. I am having so much fun with this set!

The papers are from Papertrey Ink, Echo Park, and Core-dinations.

The card was made with a tag from A Child's Year cart. I welded two of them together to form the base. The little girl was cut from the Baby Steps cart. (My new favorite cart.)

This sentiment is from one of my favorite sets, Turn that frown upside down.

The twine is from TheTwinery.

I used the Wide Eyed Kids assortment for her face and the the PK-150 Accessories ONE Assortment , for her glasses. I tried using Glossy Accents instead of Diamond Glaze, just to see the difference. The Glossy accents cracked in a couple places and yellowed a bit. :( I normally really like Glossy accents but I think I am going to stick with Diamond Glaze, when I do glasses from now on.

Peachy Keen Stamp's New Release Blog Hop!

WooHoo!

Today is the Peachy Keen New Release Blog Hop! Are you ready?!?

If you just got here from the amazingly fabulous Emma's Blog, then you are on the right track! If not please start here. Believe me... you don't want to miss anything.

There are two new sets of face stamps! My projects were made with set, PK-150 Face Accessories (includes glasses and mustaches and beards).

Here is my first project.

Don't you just LOVE his snazzy glasses!?!

I used some Diamond Glaze to give the effect of lenses.

My second project is a "Happy 1st tooth" card.

I used one of the mustaches from the set to give her a little hair!

It's a little difficult to see it under the bow... here is a closer look.

Last, but certainly not least my 3rd card!

Ahoy matey!

I love the glasses on the worm, but I think the this mustache and gouty are my favorite!

The new PK-150 Face Accessories set was designed to work with the everyday face assortment (PK-490) and the wide eyed kids (PK-450) they are color separated to show the size... the bottom row is 1"... up to the top row that will fit 1/2" faces in those sets. Then larger ones to the left on the packaging will fit the 1 3/8" characters in those sets. The pirate card above, is a exception to that rule, I was able to get the mustache & gouty to work with the PK-642- Boy Mates Assortment. Yay me! :)
