My Creative Time 102nd Release - Sneak Peak Day 4

Happy Thursday!!!

Today is the last day of sneak peaks for this months My Creative Time new releases. Today we are featuring two more die sets. The first one is called "Tall Frame Dies" and the second is called "Tall Frame Die Layers".

Today's card was made with both news sets. I used the "Tall Frame Die Layers" to create the card base. Then I designed the sentiment on my computer and used my printer to add it to the blue paper, then I used the largest die of the "Tall Frame Dies" to cut it out. I created the underwater background with a few stamps from the Surf's Up stamp and die set. The fish was drawn by hand, cut it out, and Julienne finger painted it. We added the googly eye and place it onto the card with a wobble. So fun! I think her dad is going to love it!

My Hero!

I have a super quick post for you today, I made another super hero card. I just love this new set from Lettering Delights.

The card is an A2 size, 5.5"x 4.25 tall. I cut my superhero guy at 4.5" wide.  

The peachie Retro Doll faces work perfectly!

My Superman!

So as soon as I saw the new Superhero files form Lettering Delights, I knew I had to have them. Not only are they perfect for Father's Day but, I couldn't wait to stamp some peachies on them!

 

Hysterical right!?! 

These files are perfect to make a kids card, for them to give their dad, uncle, or granddad. I sized my super guy at 4" tall. The card measures 4.25" wide by 5.5" tall.

My Creative Time's 3-D Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday!

Today is 3-D day on the My Creative Time blog.

Since Father's Day is right around the corner, Emma thought today would be a great day to make some Father's Day Projects. I made this snazzy little shirt gift box.

 This gift box file can be purchased from here. It was fairly simple to size, cut out, and put together. Mine finished at 3 1/2" wide, 5" tall, and 2" deep. Perfect for a small gift or gift card.

 The papers I used are from DCWV's Tahitti Beach Stack.

The tag is from My Creative Time's Teeny Tag Greetings. The "daddy" stamp is from the You're My Best Buddy stamp set.

Simply the Best

Happy Tuesday!

I have another quick card for you today. 

This card could be used for Father's Day or even just as a Thank You card. I thought I would try making a "man" card with brighter colors, not just the traditional browns, greens, and blues. I really like how it turned out!

The card measures 4" x 5.5". The stripe pieces measures 1.5" x 5.5", the solid orange pieces is 3.5" x 1.75", and the polka dot piece is 1"x 2". The tag is from My Creative Time's Tag Dies.

The papers are from PaperTrey Ink and Echo Park's Paradise Beach collection. The raffia was purchased at Michael's and the hemp twine is from  Liz's Paper Loft Boutique.

The hat die and the sentiment are both from My Creative Time's, Here's Lookin' at You stamp set.

My Creative Time May Stamp Release Sneak Peak - Day 2

Happy Tuesday! 

I am back with another fun sample/sneak from this months My Creative Time's stamp release! Today's project is a Father's Day card.

 

 My card is a standard A2 size card, 5.5" x 4.25". The brown polka dot base measure's 5.5" x 2.75". The ties were cut with the die from the new stamp/die set called Here's Looking At You.

 The papers are from PaperTrey Ink and DCWV's Guy Stack. The green hemp twine was purchased from Liz's Paper Loft Boutique. 

 The sentiment is from the new Here's Looking At You stamp set.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #27

This is my card for this weeks Cricut Cardz Challenge #27. Our challenge this week is to create a Father's Day card. I used the From My Kitchen Cart and DCWV's Linen Closet and Shimmer's paper stacks. I printed the sentiment on white card stock. See the video below for more information.
