In ADDITION to the HOP there will also be a BONUS LIVE USTREAM, the link will be provided at each stop on the hop, with Alex and 6 Crafty Blogger Friends. I hope you are able to join us!

Now... on to today's card!

I have had this idea floating around in my head for awhile and finally last night I got a chance to make the card.
The Paper is from the new K&Co KP Valentine paper stack and coordinating Coordinations paper. The octopus was cut from the Life's a Beach cart, at 3 1/2".
The sentiment on the inside of the card says "Crazy 4 u!".  I printed it on my computer/printer. The green polka dot ribbon was found in my stash.
The octopus's face is from the Peachy Keen stamp set, New Year Face Assortment.

Have you seen the three new sets of stamps that Peachy Keen just released?  Can you say SUPER CUTE! I have also seen a sneak peak of a few other new sets and all I can say is... OMGOSH! I cannot wait to get my hands on them! The new release blog hop will  be on Friday night, January 21st at 7pm (cst) and believe me, you do NOT want to miss it!

See you back here tomorrow! I will be sharing a super fun and easy project that I made (they were Christmas presents) with vinyl!

I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'd Love to Sea You!

Happy Thursday! You can see the weekend from here!

Today's bright and fun card was made with the Life's a Beach cart.
The card measure's 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I used K and Company designer paper and the DCWV Summer Dreams card stock stack. The turtle was cut from the Life's a Beach cart at 3". The white 5/8" grosgrain ribbon is from Michael's and the sentiment stamp is from the Lots of Pun stamp set. I also used the corner rounder on the bottom two corners of the card.
The sentiment pieces on the inside of the card measure; 3 3/4" x 5, 3 1/4" x 4 1/2", and 2 3/4" x 4".

I hope you have a wonderful day!
Happy Scrap'n!

1st Week of Summer Challenge

WooHoo! It's Saturday! I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!

So... this is my third challenge for this week. I decided to play along with Craft Junkie Too's, 1st week of summer challenge. This is what I came up with.

I just love this little pig from the Create a Critter cart! I decided to give her a floral sarong and a small pink flower for her ear. She even has a coordinating umbrella and beach chair...that's how us CA surfer girls roll. :)

The card measures 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". I used Craft card stock from here.  The pattern papers are from the K and Company, Greenhouse stack and all the solid card stock is Bazzil. I cut the pig from the Create a Critter cart at 3 1/2". The flower was cut at 3 1/2" and it can be found on the page with the zebra. The flower is suppose to be an accent for the zebra, so if you keep your dial size at 3 1/2", it should cut in correct proportion for the pig too. Everything else was cut from the Life's a Beach cart. The umbrella was cut at 3" and the chair at 2". I added a small piece of white ribbon to the pigs sarong and a little coordinating ink for definition.
The paper on the inside of the card is also from the K and Company, Greenhouse stack. It was cut 3 3/4" x 5" and the white sentiment piece was cut 3 1/4" x 4 1/2". The flip flops were cut from the Life's a Beach cart at 1".

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
Happy Scrap'n!
