Spring Ball Treats

Happy Wednesday!

Today is 3-d Wednesday on the My Creative Time Blog.
I made some fun Spring Ball treats.
5-5
The 3x3 Trifold Card die fits perfectly around the sunflower seeds packet. I just secured it with some glue, wrapped the twine around it, attached the tag, and tied the twine in a bow. Super easy to make and they make great treats to hand out before the game!

Paper: Ech Park & PaperTrey Ink
Stitched Circle Die: My Creative Time, Scallop & Stitched Circle Die
Sunflower Wrap: My Creative Time, Card Sentiments Stamp Set w/3x3 Trifold Card Die

You are my Sunshine...

Happy Wednesday!

I have a super quick post for you today. I have been busy with "life" stuff and so I haven't had a whole lot of "crafty" time in the last few days. This Saturday is National Scrapbooking Day and I am getting together with some friends to crop. Hopefully, I will be able to get some things done.

So... here is today's card.
I welded two tags from the Formal Occasions cart together to form the base of the card. The duckling is from the Create a Critter cart.
The papers are Papertrey Ink, DCWV Playtime stack, and Bazzill card stock.
The duckling's sweet little face is from Peachy Keen Stamps, CC-PK4 x 4 -020 Duck and Egg Die set and the sentiment is from Emma's sentiment set called, Turn That Frown Upside Down.

Don't forget that tomorrow is not just Cinco De Mayo, but.... it is also the start of a new Throwback Thursday challenge on Emma's blog! I can't wait to show you my card!

I hope you have a wonderful day!

New Baby Congrats Card

Happy Friday!

Here is another quick card that I made to showcase Peachy Keen Stamps new releases. Have you seen them yet? This is one of the cutest releases ever.

I have been having the best time playing with the accessories set.
The baby is from the Baby Steps cart. The base of the card is from the Create a Critter card. It was a tag that I duplicated and welded together to form the base of the card.

I used Kraft card stock, Heidi Grace and Core-dinations papers.

The twine is from here and the sentiment stamp is from here.
The baby's hair is from the PK-150 Accessories ONE Assortment
and his face is from PK-650 Just for Baby Faces Assortment.

 Thanks for stopping by today!
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Popcorn,Parfees & Projecs Ustream Recap!

 Happy Monday

Whew! So can you believe that the weekend is already over? Alex and I had so much fun Friday night! If you joined us, we want to say a HUGE THANK YOU! If you weren't able to, don't fret... we recorded it! You can watch it here.

So as we promised, below are photos and information for all the projects that we made.

My 1st project was this bird house box.
Adorable no?
The roof comes off so you can put something inside!
I purchased the Spring Bird Houses SVG file from SVGCuts.com, you can see it here. I used Cosmo Cricket and Core-dinations papers.

The bird's sweet little face is from PKS set, PK-754 Critter Faces SET A Medium.

Here is a picture of the birdhouse we made during the Ustream.

My 2nd project was a Sliding Pop Up Card. My PKS dt sister, Kim, has several wonderful tutorials, showing how to make this super fun card on her blog.

Here a view of the flat card.

Here is a view of it "popped" up.
Side view...
I used Core-dinations and papers. The bunny was cut at 3.25" from the Birthday Bash cart and the grass was cut from the Create a Critter cart. The bunny's face is from PKS's new release set called PK-441 Cute & Cuddly.  The "Hoppy Easter" sentiment stamp is from here.

Also... I told everyone on the Ustream that I would post the link to my favorite glue and  needle nose applicator.
Here is the ink to the quilling website were you can purchase them.

The 3rd Project are these FABU Paper Flowers! I know what you're thinking...paper flowers? Boring! I made those in high school! But we promise, using heavier weight napkins- from Ikea - makes all the difference! They look like fabric and are OH SO Martha! How cool would it be to make them for your next bridal, baby shower or even wedding decor! We decided this elegant and fun door hanger would make a great addition to Alex's for my craft room door!
Ooo-La -la...don't ya just love it?

I found the idea on Dana's Blog. Thanks Dana :)

The 4th and final project we shared was inspired by Holly's Blog. Aren't these little post it not key chains the CUTEST! We decide to change up the size and use a decorative button and baker's twine, LOVE IT! Can't wait to use it! Check out Holly's Blog for the awesome tutorial! Thanks Holly!
Again, Alex and I want to say a HUGE...

Super Boy!

Happy Monday!

Hopefully, you had a nice weekend. I spent Saturday cleaning and re-organizing my office/studio space. It's amazing how much better in it feels in there now. I feel like my creative juices are flowing again.

This is another card that I have had designed my my Gypsy for awhile now.
The shield is from the Create a Critter card. I used my Gypsy to weld two of them together to form the base of the card. The boy is from the Playtime cart.
The papers are Core-dinations and DCWV.
I used Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-642 Boy Mates Assortment, for his face.

I think he is "super" cute!

I have three winners that I need to announce! I have chosen them, I will be notifying them today, by email, and announcing their names in tomorrows post.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Ashley's Scrappin Palace Bloggaversary Hop!

Happy Wednesday!

Welcome to Ashley's Scrappin Palace Bloggaversary Hop! If you have come from Tracy's blog then you are on th right track.  If you would like to start at the beginning, click here.

Ashely asked us to create a "spring" themed project. I have had a idea for a spring banner in my head for awhile now, so I decided that I would get it out of my head and design something on my Gypsy.

This is what I came up with.
I wanted the banner to have the look of spring flowers.
I used the Birthday Bash cart for the flower tags and the letters.
The tags were cut at 5" and the letters were cut at 3".
The butterflies were cut from the Create a Critter cart at 3 1/2". I used a stamp from the PK-460 Happy Lashes Face Assortment, for the face on each butterfly. It was strung with with some 6" white tulle.

So no blog hop would be complete with out some sort of blog candy!

I am giving away a set of Peachy Keen, PK-758 Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed - 1-1/8" stamps.

All you have to do to be entered to win is:
1. Become a follower, if not already.
