Easter Treats

Happy Wednesday!!!

Today is What a Treat Wednesday over on the MCT blog. My DT sister Jessica and I were apparently on the same wavelength last week because she made this adorable Easter treat box. Luckily, for me, my treat is a little different and I used different papers. :)

I'm a sucker for fun holiday chocolates. I'm drawn to the isle at the store like a month to a flame... I'm not even going to lie. I found these fun Easter bunny Ghirardelli squares last week and somehow they found their way into my cart. ;) I've made these treat holders before, but I don't think I've ever done Easter ones. What's Up?

Happy Tuesday!!!

Today is Stamp/Die of the month day over on the MCT blog. This month's stamp of the month is the Fun Speech Bubbles Stamp Set.

I've wanted to color this sweet little Hipster Kitty Stamp since he was given as a freebie. I got a little time this last week to play with my colors and so I pulled him out. I think he's so cute and perfect for a friend of mine who loves kitty's and coffee. ;) 

The red speech bubble is from this months "stamp/die of the month" the Fun Speech Bubbles Stamp Set. I made the background paper with the coffee bean stamp from the You Are Perk-fect Stamp Set.

It's going to hold a coffee gift card, so I colored the cut coffee cup from the You Are Perk-fect Stamp Set for the front.

Day 2 - MCT Sneak Peak

Today is the second day of sneaks for this months new releases over on the my Creative Time blog. We are sneaking the new "You Had Me at Meow" die and stamp set today.

I made the fish background with the fish stamp from the new set and the dot stamp from the You Make My Heart Smile Stamp Set, that was released last month. The kitty was chalked with a bit of grey & pink chalk and I added a bit of Wink of Stella to her bow.

Scrapping Mardi Gras

Happy Monday!!!

Today is Scrapping the Little Things Monday over on the MCT blog. Next Tuesday, the 17th, is Mardi Gras and so I decided it would be fun to come up with some journaling cards for my layout.

The two journaling cards made with white card stock are for pictures. I used the circle dies from the Picture Perfect Stamp Set for the top card and the Bunch of Fun Circle Dies 

for the bottom card.  The green card is for journaling. I got the idea for my super cute masked chickie from Amie, click here to see her super cute card. The speech bubble was made with the Fun Speech Bubbles Stamp Set, which is February's stamp of the month set and on sale right now.

Today is the start of an all new Designer's Challenge over on the MCT blog.
