Welcome to the "Thank You" Blog Hop!

If you have arrived here from the amazing Raven's blog then you are on the right track.  

This blog hop is to thank our blog designer, Madeline at Shabby Vanity, for being super fabulous! Each of us has created a simple "Thank You" gift, to thank Madeline.

I made Madeline a Banner.

 

The banner tags were cut from the Sugar and Spice Lite cart. They were cut at 5".

 The rosette's measure 3". I used the Fiskars Apron Edge punch on the edge to mimic the bottom of the tag.

The letters were cut from Plantin Schoolbook at 1 3/4".

The cherry's were cut from the Paisley cart at 2". I used 6" black tulle to string the banner together.

 I love how it turned out!

So no blog hop would be complete with out some sort of blog candy!

 I am giving away a set of Peachy Keen, PK-451 Wide Eyed Kids 1 1/8" stamps.

Design Team Thursday #3 ~ Joy's Life

Happy Thursday!

Today is the 3nd Thursday of Joy's Life.com's, Design Team Thursday!

This is my card for this week.

 

I used the Wild Card cart for the card shape and inlay circles. The card was cut at 8" x 4.18" and the striped inlay circle was cut at 3 1/4", both were designed on/cut using my Gypsy. The worm and flowers were cut from the April Showers Cricut cart.   The worm was cut at 2 1/2" and the flowers at 1", 3/4", and 1/2". The papers are PTI, DCWV, and Bo Bunny.

The twine is from The Twinery and the worms face is from Peachy Keen Stamp's new stamps set PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids Face Assortment.

The sentiment is from Joyslife.com's Lots of Pun stamp set!

Happy Wednesday!

I have another quick card for you today. I have been having fun, using my Gypsy, welding shapes together to make cards. This card was made with a tag from Create a Critter.

The "Love U" was cut from A Child's Year cart. 

The papers are from Me and My Big Ideas, PTI, and K and Co. I stitched around everything with my white gel pen.

 I really like how it turned out. 

Tomorrow is Joyslife.com's design team Thursday. I made the cutest card... I can't wait to share it!

Skunk Love?

Happy Tuesday!

I have a super quick post for today. I was playing around with one of the card cuts on the new "Life's a Party" cart and I decided that I liked it enough to use, so I cut a additional image and added some ribbon and tada! I love the way that black and white look against red, so that is why I choose to cut a skunk. :)

Papers are from PTI, K and Co, and DCWV.  

The heart shaped card was cut from the Life's a Party cart at 5.37 x 4.18 (used my Gypsy). The skunk was cut from the Live Simply cart at 2 3/4". The inside hearts were cut at 4 3/4" and 4 1/4".

The checkered ribbon measures 1/2", I found it in my stash of ribbon and I added some doodling with my white gel pen.

Simple Kraft Card

Happy Monday!

 I hope you had a wonderful weekend! I was able to spend some fun crafty time with my bestie and my Cricut. I got a few projects finished, that I have been working on and I got to play with a few new carts too.

 

 This card was made with Lacy Labels and Nate's ABCs cart.  I have a thing for elephants right now, so of course I had to try the elephant cut for my 1st cut. :)

 The papers are PTI and DCWV. The Congratulations stamp is from Joyslife.com's, Mother and Daughter Stamps.

 It's really simple but I think it's pretty cute!

Today is a very special day! It's Angelica's Birthday!  Angelica is the Blog/Social Media Coordinator at Peachy Keen Stamps.

My design team sisters and I decided that we would each make Angelica a card for her birthday. She does so much for all of us and we wanted to make sure that she knew how special she was to us!

So... HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGELICA!

I used the Lacy Labels and Live Simply carts and my Gypsy to make the card.

I am so excited because today is the 2nd "Let's Face it Friday" challenge of the new year! 

 Challenge #8
Valentine's Day is right around the corner and one of the most celebrated "Hallmark" holidays during the year! Let's "one up" Hallmark though ('cause they got nothin' on a handmade card or gift), and create a Peachified valentine using X's & O's somewhere on our projects! X's and O's don't have to be the main focus on your project, but should be the evident theme of your project.

Your project:

-must be new
-must include a Peachy Keen Face
-Link to Mr. Linky before January 20th

Here is my card!

The papers are Coordinations and K and Co's Valentine stack from Michael's.

The hearts were cut from the Simply Charmed cart at 2 1/4". The tag was cut from Once Upon a Princess at 6.25 x 3.25, cut using my Gypsy. The X's and O's are from the Smiley Cart and they measure 2.69 x .97, also cut using my Gypsy.

I inked around the x's and o's with a pink ink and then glued them to the tag to create an embossed effect. The twine is from The Twinery. 

Their sweet little faces are from Peachy Keen Stamps new stamp set PK-450 Wide Eyed Kids face assortment.

Today is the Peachy Keen New Release Blog Hop! Are you ready?!?

There are three new sets of face stamps! My project was made with set, PK-642 Boy Mates Face Assortment.

  

I was so excited when I first saw these because, they are not just boy faces, but they are the complementing boy faces for the princess faces! I am having so much fun creating cards with them!

All the papers are from Doodlebug Designs.

The popsicles were cut at 3" from the Simply Charmed cart. The labels were cut from the Lacy Labels cart at 5.10 x 3.88 and 4.79 x 3.65, on my Gypsy. I printed the "You make me melt..." sentiment on my computer/printer.

 The face on the green, or boy, popsicle is from the new PK-642 Boy Mates Assortment stamp set! The girl popsicle was stamped with a face from the PK-640 Princess Face Assortment.

This is my card for this week.

The card measures 5 1/2 x5 1/2. The paper is DCWV and K and Co Valentine's paper.

The dog was cut from the Sweethearts cart at 3 1/2". The tags were cut from the Lacy Labels cart at 4.5" and 5". The back and white twine is from Paper and Parcel.

Last but certainly not least the sentiment stamp is from Joyslife.com's stamp set, Mother and Daughter stamps.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #58

Happy Wednesday!

Today is a new challenge on the Cricut Cardz Challenge Blog. This weeks challenge is to design a card with a snowman in any colors that you would like.

This is my card.

I chose the snowman from the Smile Cards cart. He was cut at 3".

The papers are DCWV and Doodlebug Designs. The white 5/8" grosgrain ribbon is from Michael's.

The sentiment was printed on my computer/printer. The snowman's face is from Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-460 Happy Lashes Assortment set.
