Happy Monday!!!

Today is "Manly Monday" on the My Creative Time blog.  I made a quick card for my nephew, who just learned to ride his bike. I used the bicycle stamp from the Main Street Stamp Set, to create the pattern paper. The sentiment was from the  Way To Go REVISED
stamp set and was stamped onto the medium tag from the Stitched Zig Zag Dies.

My Creative Time 70th Edition Release Blog Hop

Happy Friday!!!

I made a quick and easy fall card with the new Build a Fall Wreath set and the Scalloped Stitched Square Dies. I also wanted to show how easy it to use the same design but change it to a different holiday.

So I did! Ha! I used all the same stamps for the wreath but changed the ink colors and found the holiday sentiment in the Prehistoric Holidays Stamp Set. I also added a bit of glitter pen to each berry, for a bit of bling.

My Creative Time August Release Week - Day 3

Today is the third day of sneaks for My Creative Time's August new release. We are featuring a super cute new fall stamp and die set today called "Build a Fall Wreath".   

I'm so excited about this new set! There are so many possibilities with it! I created a patterned fabric look by stamping with the foliage stamps and different colors of ink. Then I cut it out with the stitched apron die and created a fall "cooking" themed card. The "Happy Fall" sentiment is also from the new set.

Today is the first day of sneaks for My Creative Time's August new release. We are featuring a super cute new die today called "Large Scalloped Stitched Rosette Dies".  I'm so excited to have a larger rosette die! This one measures 3 1/4" round.

Cook and Craft

Happy Monday!!!

Today is "Cook and Craft" Monday over on the My Creative Time blog. Usually on Sunday I prep lunches for the week. One of my favorite things to have for lunch, right now, is chicken salad on fresh pita bread. I found this video on YouTube a couple months ago and started making it. It tastes so much better when made fresh. They freeze great too! I now make 2-3 batches at a time.
 

They are super yummy!

Today's project was a quick first day of school card for my nephew's new teachers. I made two, to go with the post-it holders that I made last week. You can see those here. Can you believe that the summer is almost over?
