...So... let's get on to the new Let's Face it Friday challenge, shall we?

The Challenge:
Create a project using your PKS Faces and fabric. Create Fabric Flowers, use scraps to layer, ruffle or pleat, or use in your die cuts for some fun texture!
I created a door knob hanger, that holds a small gift. The box is the perfect size for a jar of nail polish and a gift card for a pedicure or movie tickets and two bags of candy.
I used the December Door Hangers svg kit from SVG Cuts.com.
The papers are from DCWV's new stack called Jolly Holiday. His scarf is a piece of red fabric that I found in my stash. I just tied it in a knot and snipped the ends so that it looked like fringe.
The snowman's face is from Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-480 Christmas Character Face Assortment and the "Merry Christmas" sentiment is from the new PKS-15 Oh by Golly! sentiment set. If you haven't seen this new sentiment stamp set, you need to check it out! It is loaded with a ton of great sentiments.

Project must include PKS Faces
Link up by 12/22- 11:59 pm CDT

Happy Tuesday!

Today is the start of an all new Peachy Keen Stamps: Sketch Challenge #55.

The challenge is to create a card or layout based on the SKETCH provided.
This is the card I created.
I made if for a friends husband, he is a chef at the BEST Italian restaurant.
The papers are from Papertrey Ink, Coredinations, and Making Memories. The chef cut was a freebie svg file from from Lettering Delights. It's called "Pizza Man", click here to see it!
I used Make-the-Cut to fill in the Chefs face, so that I could use a face stamp, in the place of the face in the original design. I face stamp I used is from PKS's, PK-680 Retro Paper Doll Face Assortment.
I also used PKS's background stamp, PK-100 Large Polka Dot, to create the embossed polka dot background on the red boarder. The sentiment stamp is from one of Emma's new stamps sets called Encouraging Quotes.

Here are the challenge guidelines:

"Let's Face it Friday" Challenge #18

Happy Friday!

If you are looking for the My Creative Time's June New Release Blog Hop, click here.
If you are looking for the SVG Summer Shindig Blog Hop, click here.

Today is the start of a new Peachy Keen Stamps, Let's Face it Friday Challenge.

The Challenge:

Create a project showcasing the year you graduated from high school! Make sure you "peachify" your project with our fun faces!

-Design must be new
-Project must include Peachy Keen Faces
-Link up to the PKS Challenge blog by 11:59 pm 7/7

One random winner will receive a $20 Gift Certificate to Peachy Keen Stamps!

Honestly, just thinking about the year I graduated from high school gave me anxiety. Seriously, all I could think of was glam bands, big hair, and neon... fun times, let me tell ya.

So this is what I came up with.
Yeah, I know... this card is nothing like what I talked about above, but let me explain. I am a southern California girl. I lived at the beach. If I wasn't asleep in my bed, sitting in either church or school, or at work, I was at the beach. This card makes me smile and remember all the fun carefree days of being a teenager. LOL! Did I seriously just type that... LOL! Anyway, I think I am going to make a few more and send them to my partners in crime friends.
The papers are DCWV, and pieces from my scrap box. The Flower cut is from and svg set called Felt Right Owl, by Lettering Delights. The little hula girl is from a graphic set that I purchased a year or so ago. The website/online store is no longer in business.  Anyway, I converted the graphic in Make-the-Cut and made her into an svg file and then cut her out.
The sentiment is from Emma's, Fun in the Sun, stamp set.
Her sweet face is from Peachy Keen Stamps set PK-640 Princess Face Assortment.

Here are a couple photos of my high school besties and I.
Julie, me, and Jeanie in Hawaii.
Me, Laurie, Julie, and Cheree, we had bonfires every Wednesday night, during the summer, at the beach.

O.k. so one more... I gotta show you my 80's permed/ratted big hair in action! This is Jenny and I leaving to go to grad-night at Disneyland.
(BTW... we graduated in 1989)
BTW~ we are all still friends and communicate weekly... thanks Facebook!

I hope that you will play along with us this challenge! Don't forget to link your photo up on the PKS Challenge blog!

I hope you have a great day!

-Design must be new
-Project must include Peachy Keen Faces
-Link up before June 9th

One random winner will receive a PKS/Cottage Cutz Pig Peeker die!

I created a layout for my little Ruby dog!
The papers are Heidi Grace and DCWV. Can you see my hidden tag?
I pulled it out a bit, in this photo, so you could see it.  I talk about my hidden tags in this post.
This is what the tag looks like... I still need to journal.
The stamp is from My Creative Time's, My Little Firecracker stamp set.  Anyone who owns a Jack Russel knows, this sentiment explains my Ruby well!
The dog is from the Four Legged Friends cart. I used Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-757 Wide Eyed and Bushy Tailed Assortment set.

The dog house is from Lettering Delights, Feliz Navi-dog svg set. I also chose a font off of my computer, GlooGun, and used MTC to cut out Ruby's name, for the dog house.
