Happy Friday!

If you are looking for the PKS new release blog hop, click here.

I am sure, if you are a follower, you have figured out by now that Sept 9th is not just the name of my blog,  it's also my Birthday. I guess one would think, just by the name of my blog, that I am the kind of person who wants everyone to know about and celebrate her birthday. Well, that is actually the furthest from the truth, so it's kind of ironic that I even named my blog September Ninth. Truthfully, I needed a name and that was the first thing that came to me. Growing up, birthday's were acknowledged but never really celebrated. Even now, as an adult that is still how I roll and I usually feel uncomfortable when friends want to celebrate my birthday.

So...

I decided that I would celebrate all of you on my Birthday instead! I thought it would be fun to give away some of my favorite things.

Emma at My Creative Time donated a stamp set!

Peachy Keen Stamps also donated a set!

PK-290 Karaoke Birthday Set

SVG Attic donated two $10 gift certificates!

I am also giving away...

A sample pack of Trendy Twine.
You will get 10yds of 6 colors, that is 60yds of twine!

A pair of Tweezer Bee Tweezers.

A Martha Stewart Score Board.

and last but not least... my favorite needle nose glue!

All you have to do to be entered to win is:

1. Become a follower, if not already.
2. Comment on this post.

I will choose the lucky winners Monday night and announce them in my blog post on Tuesday.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

Thanks a Bunch!

Happy Thursday!

Today's project was  made with a new set that SVG Attic.com is releasing today.  I think it is one of my most favorite set, thus far, that Jessica has released.
Isn't it soooo cute! It's a basket full of apples!
My apples have candy in them, but you could put anything in them, or you could fill the basket with something other then apples. Like... travel size hand lotion or a gift card to get a manicure and a jar of nail polish. There is so much that can be done with this set! It also comes with a 3-d Wagon,  3-d Wheelbarrow, 3-d pumpkin , and 3-d acorn!
I used My Creative Time's Circle Die and the Many Greetings sentiment stamp set. Perfect no!?!
The papers are from DCWV's Harvest stacks from last year and the twine is from Trendy Twine.

Head on over to SVG Attic and check out this new set!

Tomorrow is going to be a fun day! It's Peachy Keen Stamps new release Blog Hop, we will be unveiling all the newly released stamps. The best part is that there will be a give-away at each stop! Secondly, well... since it's my Birthday, I have decided to do a few give-aways of my own!

See you back here tomorrow!
I hope you have a great day!

Tacky Tuesday's Challenege #10

Happy Tuesday!

Today is the start of a all new Tacky Tuesday's Challenge!

First off, I need to announce the winner of challenge #9.  I used random.org to choose a winner and the winner is...... Tracy Matos! Congrats Tracy! Thanks again, to everyone who entered the challenge!

Are you ready for the next challenge!?!

So the cut for this month is a "dog" cut, you can use any "dog" from any Cricut cart that you want, svg files are fine too. You must use the word "woof or ruff" in your sentiment.

Here is my card!
The rocket shape is from the Lettering Delights file called, Toys. I created a shadow around it and welded two of them together to form the base of the card. The dog is from a new, soon to be released, mini set by SVG Attic.com called  Furry Friends.
The papers are from Papertrey ink, American crafts, and Heidi Grace.

I printed the sentiment on my computer and cut it out with My Creative Time's, Stitched Circle Die. My friend Raven gifted me the fun twine.

We have a few guest designers this week.

Laura

My team of designers did a fabulous job too!

Monday Madness.....Imagine That!

Happy Monday!

...and happy Labor Day to all my US followers!

Today is another Monday Madness...Imagine That at My Creative Time. In honor of Labor Day, Emma asked us to make a project and incorporate her "All Star Baby" stamp set.

I created this baby card.
The card was designed with two sets from Lettering Delights. The baby is from the Peek-a-boo set and the base of the card and the frames are both from the Cutie Patootie set.
The papers are from Papertrey Ink, DCWV, and My Minds Eye.
The stamped dot boarder is from Emma's set called, Small Talk and the sentiment is from the All Star Baby set.
The baby's face is from Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-650 Just Baby Faces Assortment.

If you would like to see the rest of the design teams cards, click here. Tomorrow is the start of an all new Tacky Tuesday Challenge! See you back here tomorrow!

I hope you have  wonderful day!

SVG Attic Sneaks!

Happy Saturday!

Today's card was made with two new files from SVG Attic.com.
The card is a "tent" card, it's kind of a mixture of an easel and step card, but all in one! It's also a new set that SVG Attic is about to release! It has 8 different cards and 8 coordinating envelopes!
Here is a side view of the card, so you can see the base of the card. See how it creates a "tent" shape?
Here's is a more angled view. The papers are from Papertrey Ink and Doddlebug Designs. The sentiment is from My Creative Time's stamp set, All Around Halloween and it is stamped on the Stitched Oval Die.

Yes, I know.... I did noticed that the face I stamped doesn't have a fang. I ended up drawing one in, but I didn't want anyone to think that is how the stamp comes and so I waited to draw it in after I took the photos.
The monster is from SVG Attic's file called Mommy's Monster. I added a Peachy Keen face stamp from the PK-692 Monster Mash Face Assortment.

The next couple weeks are going to be busy, next week will be the start of a new Tacky Tuesday Challenge, Wednesday is the start of sneak peaks for Peachy Keen Stamps new releases (Kathy has totally outdone herself with this release!), I will also have a sneak for another new set that SVG Attic is releasing, Friday is my Birthday and I have some fun give-aways planned, and last but not least that night at 7pm (CST) is the PKS New Release Blog Hop! The week of the 12th will be sneaks of My Creative Time's new releases! You are not going to believe what Emma has come up with for this next release!

Hopefully, I will be able to keep up!
I hope you have a wonderful day!

Throwback Thursday Challenge w/My Creative Time

Happy Thursday!

Are you ready for a new Throwback Thursday Challenge?

This weeks challenge is a "Cricutless Challenge"! You are also required to use the colors: purple, green, orange, and black.

I always give my besties kids a small "gift card" at Halloween.  I know that they get more then enough candy Trick or Treating and who doesn't want a Target gift card?
Well.... Emma's new Embossed Gift Card Holder die worked perfectly for this challenge!
The stamp is from her All Around Halloween stamp set and it was stamped on the Stitched Circle die. I used some glossy accents to add a little dimension to the little ghostie.
The sentiment is also from the All Around Halloween stamp set and it is stamped on the Stitched Oval die.

So there you go! I super cute gift card holder and it took me less then 5 minutes to make it! I am telling you... if you don't have it, you NEED the Embossed Gift Card Holder die!

If you want to check out the rest of the Throwback Thursday Challenge projects click here to go to Emma's blog. The deadline for this challenge is Wed, September 8th.

I hope you have a wonderful day!
