**Giveaway Closed** "Let's Celebrate" Blog Hop!

Happy New Year!!!

I was so honored when Joanna asked me to be a part of her "Let's Celebrate" blog hop! We are celebrating Joanna's one year blog anniversary and also her 25th birthday. Happy Birthday Joanna! :) There are going to be lots of celebration themed projects and inspiration to get your New Years mojo going. There will also be blog candy at every stop and a grand prize on Joanna's blog!

If you have arrived from the amazing Momo's blog then you are on the right track! If you would like to start at the beginning of the hop, click here.

I love traditions and think they are super important. Especially, for kids. My family was never been big on traditions. So... I really love that my two BFF's are very much into family traditions, making new one's for their families, and keeping older family traditions going. Their kids (and husbands) love it... so much so, that the kids get really upset if a tradition just happens to be forgotten.

I decided that I wanted to create a "Celebration" banner. The purpose of this banner is that it will be used anytime there is something to celebrate. So... birthdays, graduation's, anniversaries, promotions, a new job, first job, bridging over (Boy Scout/Girl Scouts), first day of school, good grades, guests coming to visit/dinner, anything that can celebrated, the banner will be hung.

I tried to keep the design simple so that it would date well. I did however use really bright and fun papers. :)
I used the Birthday Bash cart for the entire banner. I LOVE this cart! If you don't have it I highly recommend getting it. Don't let the name fool you...there is so much more that you can do with it, then just birthday cards!
The papers are K and Company.
The banner tags were cut at 5" and the letters were cut at 2 3/4". The accordion paper rosettes have a 3 1/2" diameter. I used a Martha Stewart scallop punch on the edge.
The ribbon is a pink 1" grosgrain that I bought at Michael's.

I really like how it turned out. Now I just need to figure out which BFF that I am going to gift it to. I have a funny feeling that I may be making a second banner in the near future. :)

So no blog hop would be complete with out some sort of blog candy!

I am giving away a set of Peachy Keen, 1 1/8" Happy New Year, stamps.
